A spinal fusion for scoliosis can present challenges for your yoga practice. In this 4-week series, you will explore how yoga can help relieve tension from compressed areas while stabilizing hypermobile areas adjacent to the fusion(s) and preserving the integrity of the instrumentation. No previous experience of yoga with scoliosis required.
